Hello, I have this product. I have a drain hose hooked up, but water is neither going into outside bucket nor drain bucket inside the machine. Instead, it is leaking out onto a drain pan I set under the machine. I have cleaned it, balanced it and still the water drains into drain pan.
Please check whether the drain hose is broken or bent. If not, please confirm whether the drain height of the water outlet is lower than the height of the machine. The drain hose should be lower than the water outlet on the dehumidifier. If the problem is still not resolved, please contact RINKMO directly to solve the problem.
I hooked up a drain hose, but the reservoir bucket keeps filling up and nothing comes out of the drain hose. Is there a setting for this feature? How do I get it to continuously drain without filling the bucket?
To continuously drain the dehumidifier without filling the bucket, you can use the included 6.56 ft drain hose for automatic and continuous draining by gravity. Ensure that the drain hose is properly connected and that the drain height is lower than the height of the machine.
