Fan has stopped working (unit just buzzes when turned on). Any fixes?
Please try the following steps:
- Unplug the power cord from the power outlet and plug it back in.
- Connect another working device to the same power outlet to confirm it's working.
- Plug the power cord into another working power outlet.
- Press the Power button on the unit or the remote to turn it on.
If the issue persists, please contact hOmeLabs directly for further assistance.
Why does the pump shut off after only running for about a minute
The water pump is designed to shut off automatically when the water level is low to prevent damage.
Why does machine beep? Also if you want coer air fo you use water and ice
The machine beeps to indicate that the water level is low (it is low on water). When this happens, the unit automatically switches to "fan only" mode to prevent damage to the pump.
I was given the HomeLabs HME020396N without a remote control. Does it matter? Can I use the machine without the remote? I see nothing in the instructions that would require me to use the remove control.
It can be used without the remote control.
Why does the cool button flash? It seems to be producing 62 degree air flow, why does the light flash constanly?
The cool light may flash due to a low water level.
The cool button is always flashing. Is it supposed to flash?
