    I have a Bali SRGF 11634. It is assembled, but not working properly. The system will light. I hold the control knob for 1 minute, and attempt to adjust the flame between low and high. At this point, when I release the control knob the flame goes out. If I quickly depress it the flame reappears.
    Please recommend any suggestions that will allow me to use my fire pit.
