My Vitapur vwd365wd water cooler peg has come loose. How do I get the bottle support collar off so I can reattach it?
To remove the support collar, twist the support collar counter-clock wise and pull the collar straight up. Note: The support collar may be tight for the first removal. Twist the support collar carefully to avoid damage.
