    How do I soak the light doesn't turn on

    3.7 cu ft, detergent and softener seem to empty into washer at same time? Does this washer rinse clothes twice, mine rinses, spins and then rinses and spins again. Rinse light flashes during this cycle, have run troubleshoots and all ok. Does not seem to have much water in tub, is that part of high efficiency?
