My M400 is fairly new and barely used. The light comes on always, and I was able to use it a few times. However, lately, there is absolutely no heat coming through, even when the RED light comes ON. Please HELP!!
- Temperature is set too low. Set the temperature control to a higher temperature.
- Automatic shut-off is active. Try moving your iron.

Need operation instructions
Is it okay to leave water in the tank if you aren't using the iron for several days? Thank you.
Make sure you empty it of water after each use or you will get water stains on the fabric.
Auto shut off indicator light blink red
The iron indicator light blinks red, indicating the iron is in Auto Shut off mode. it will shut off automatically after 30 seconds if left horizontal, or in 7-10 minutes if left on its heel rest in vertical position. I simply unplug each time so my iron isnt running another 7-10 minutes, to save energy
Per the instruction book , if dry ironing, it is recommended using with an empty water tank. But if you always steam iron you should be okay.
