I'm experiencing an issue with my Samsung microwave (model no: ME18H704SFG) whereby the unit's door latches suddenly do not work - effectively rendering the unit inoperable. Are there any suggestions for remedying this issue?
The microwave is making a weird noise with the turntable on
Or off?Food particles or debris on the rollers or microwave floor can cause a noisy turntable: 1. Remove the turnable and roller wheel and clean with warm soapy water. 2. Clean the bottom of the microwave and roller track. 3. Dry all parts thoroughly and reassemble. 4. Verify the center of the turntable has a coupler that connects to the motor. If this is not positioned correctly the turntable will not spin, and will usually make a lot of noise.
I had my microwave about 2yrs everything works on the control panel as far as settings & duration time. when you push start it turns on everything sounds & appears normal. EXCEPT food does NOT get hot? What is my next move??
If your unit is in Demo mode, turn it off. Press the Options button, then press the option 6 (Demo mode) in the menu - setting it to 2 will turn it off.
I had my cabinet replaced at my house and when they did it they lost the bolts that hold the microwave to the cabinet can you tell me what size bolts they are and where I can order them from it is a Samsung ME18H704SFG
The part number of the bolts is DE60-20066A.
No power. Was using it for a long time and I believe I blew a fuse or something
Inspect the outlet, a faulty outlet can prevent the microwave from turning on or cause it to turn off by itself. Check for any damage to the cord (cracks, fraying, chafing) or the plug. If this issue persists, please contact Samsung Service for assistance.
