I got the 5,8 GHz Digital Wireless Headphones NS-HAWHP2 for Christmas 2023. They only work for 14 minutes before needing a charge again. I checked the manual and have addressed all the troubleshoot questions. Why does a charge last < 15mintes?
How do you replace the ear pad?
The ear pads are glued to the headset by the manufacturer. You could try contacting Insignia directly and find out.

Unfortunately, the battery cannot be replaced.
Are the batteries in the headphones replaceable?
The battery on the headset is internal and is not meant to be replaced.
Why does the sound going to my Headphones cut in and out.
How are you connecting your headphones to your sound equipment? Are you using any wireless connection to the base? You may have the wrong settings selected in your sound source. Try changing the settings (RAW, Dolby, PCM). If your base is directly connected to the source and none of the sound settings correct the issue then you may have a bad set of headphones and may want to return/exchange/refund.
Only the left side works for me as I do to make both work
