Finding water in the front of the washer what is causing this?
My washer is plugged in but the power button won't turn on. It happened a few months ago and the tech reset it by punching a bunch of buttons. The loc is not on. Can you tell me how to reset it again so that I don't have to call the tech back. It has been unplugged for a couple of days. The only button that works when it's plugged in is the 3 second loc button. Thanks

When the Contol Lock symbol (LOC) is displayed. the buttons are disabled. Touch and hold EXTRA RINSE for 3 seconds to enable the buttons.
