    I have the same question as Dave and Kh1 so it seems this is a chronic issue. My vacuum is fully charged but turns off within seconds of turning on and all 3 lights are blinking.

    It has up to 20 minutes of run-time on high mode, slightly less if you're vacuuming carpet versus hard floors.
