    To descale this coffee maker, follow these steps:

    1. Fill the water tank with citric acid or baking soda up to the MAX level.
    2. Long press the “OVER ICE” button for 3 seconds. The “OVER ICE” indicator is always on, indicating the descaling function is active.
    3. Every 10s of work stop 15s for a cycle, after three cycles to stop heating and soak 30s after continuous work until all the solution is heated and pumped, descaling indicator off. Total descaling time is 5 minutes.
    4. After descaling, run the machine twice with clean water to flush out any remaining solution.
