How to change battery for RTH5160D1003 ?
The battery compartment is located on the backside of the faceplate. The faceplate detaches from the base by tugging on it.

Change Celsius to Fahrenheit Instructions
Please see the following directions: 1. Press and hold the menu button until the screen changes. 2. 125 will appear on top, tap edit. 3. Press the - button to change the number below 125 to 0. 4. Press the done button to save.
