    Hi,
    The freezer keeps malfunctioning. I open the door and there is ice on everything and the temp is 20 degrees F or higher. I play with the controls on the door and i get it to start cooling again but I don't have a manual and not sure what is going on. The temp is set to 37. Does my freezer need service or do you know what might be happening?

    The bottom freezer section is suddenly encased in ice. What is causing this?

    my Haier hrf 15n 3ags ref. has no control panel light or function, and no interior light. Ref. still works, however we cannot replace light or change operation parameters.

    All of my food in the refrigerator compartment has frozen. Why has this happened and how can I fix it? The temperature setting is 37 degrees F
