  • The heater works for a few minutes, then stops and has the code 3.1 How do I fix this - I am freezing!!

    The appliance is fitted with a safety device which will switch the appliance off in case of accidental overheating. 

    • Make sure the appliance is standing upright on a flat surface and ensure it has adequate space around it. 
    • Check for any obstruction - unplug from the mains and let the appliance cool down, after few minutes plug in the appliance again.

    The appliance is fitted with a safety device which will switch the appliance off in case of accidental overheating. To reset, disconnect the plug from the power socket for a few minutes, remove the cause of overheating then plug the appliance in again.
