The freezer door does not seem to open fully. Can hardly get the top drawer in the freezer pulled out. Any ideas as to how to fix it?
The Flex Zone Drawer and freezer drawer should pull out about 19". If the freezer drawer isn't pulling out the whole way, the resistance may be caused by some misalignment of the wheels on the track or insufficient lubrication. This isn't unusual, particularly on new units. Giving it a good, even tug from the center of the handle should enable it to pull out the whole way.
What water filter do I need?
The water filter compatible with the refrigerator is HAF-QIN.
