    In the section "CORDED OPERATION" of the Manual you can read "“After use, disconnect cord from outlet.” Right below that, in the "CLIPPER USE AND MAINTENANCE" section it says "“When clipper is not in use, it should be connected to the cord to assure maximum power whenever it is used. The cord is designed to continuously charge the battery, without overcharging.”
    What is it: should it be connected or disconnected when not in use?

    The manual says to leave it plugged in to recharge or during use. when not in use and it is fully charged, unplug it.

    The clippers have been on charge for 12 hours but the red charging indicator light is still on..
    Should the light go out when unit is fully charged?

    The red indicator light indicates that the clipper has been connected to a power source. It will not change colors or go off once the clipper is fully charged.

    The machine has a 24 hour charge and does not turn off the charge indicator light.
    I do not understand. It is normal?

    Before use, the clipper must be fully charged for 12 to 15 hours. The red light will stay on if the clipper is connected to the charging cord and plugged into an outlet. It will also stay on if the unit is being used. It will not turn off or change colors when the unit is completely charged.
