You will need to add detergent to the tub before loading in your clothing.
Where and when does the detergent go in? No dispenser?
Add a measured amount of HE detergent or single-dose laundry packet into the basket. You would add the detergent into the basket before the clothing.
Water is laying in the bottom of the washer between the drum and outer part of the washing machine cabinet It starts to drain by its self But none of the lights or sensing come on

My washer was purchased March, 2021 and I started noticing my washer isnt' agitating or washing clothes clean, it seems to be filling with water and just sitting I opened it yesterday while washing not suds clothes just sitting , but when it comes to spin I noticed it spins and agitates and you can hear it well.

It’s not meant to agitate.it just goes from side to side.It’s ridiculous. Water level never gets deep, no matter what you do. The better machine is the 575 model. that agitates! This machine is anjoke

1 likeYou will add detergent into the washer, load the washer, and select the cycle/option. It will require the use of HE detergent to allow optimal operation.
Can you add fabric dye to the washer
