Hello, does anyone know how to clean the filter on this DW? Schematics show that nothing should be covering it, yet my DW has a metal plate with approx. 6-8. Would the filter be there under the plate? If so what kind of engineering or design is this? Everything else is for the consumer to be ready except for maintenance. I Gotta get on my hands and knees with my Philips screwdriver..etc. Please tell me that I'm wrong!
