Même problème. Écran noir intermittent sans son, puis bref écran bleu avec son. Pas d'accès au menu, pas de réglage du volume. Cela dure peut-être trois secondes, puis écran noir à nouveau.
QN50Q60TAFXZA black screen flashing. TV will not operate. It’s happened before and went back to normal after awhile. Now will not work at all. Help!!
- Try to perform a factory reset.
- Check with a Picture Test in the Settings menu to ensure that the TV is the underlying problem. Afterward, try changing the display settings of the device before resetting.
- The Picture Test shows a high-definition image that you can inspect for imperfections.

Same problem. Intermittent black screen with no sound, then brief blue screen with sound. No menu access, no volume control. This lasts maybe three seconds, then black screen again.
