I am unable to clear the LOC error code for model ME19R7041FS
LOC error code indicates that the child lock has been activated. To deactivate the child lock function, press the Kitchen Timer button for 3 seconds.
Followed instructions for clock and it doesn’t work….

Does this model allow air vent DUCTING?
What diameter duct? Also do you show a picture of the top panel of the microwave?The duct used for the outside exhaust is 12 Ft. Straight Duct (6" Round) or 3 ¼" x 10" Rectangular.
There is a cardboard type covering inside the microwave on the right hand side. What is this for, mine is damaged, how do I get a replacement?
The cardboard cover on the right top or side wall of the microwave interior is there by design. The cardboard (mica) covers the waveguide system that feeds microwave energy into the cavity and should not be removed. The microwave should not be used for any function if this cardboard cover is not in place. If removed, it would require service to replace.
