    BRUSH WILL NOT TURN AND LIGHTS STOP WORKING ON POWERBRUSH HOW TO OPEN TO CLEAN BRUSH

    If the floor brush can not rotate and the brush light doesn’t light up, please follow these troubleshooting tips:

    1. Please check the floor brush, conductive tube, and dust cup for blockage and try again after cleaning.
    2. Please use a paper towel and cloth to wipe the metal connectors of the brush and conductive tube. Try again to see if the problem is solved.
    3. Please remove the conductive tube and connect the brush head directly to the motor part. If the brush will work this way, then please clean the tube.

    To remove the brush head: 

    1. Locate the release point between the extension tube (C) and the floor brush head (E): https://manualsfile.com/product/516sp5m14.html#:~:text=User%20Manual-,STRUCTURE,-A.%20On/Off
    2. Firmly grip both the tube and the brush head and pull them apart. The head should slide off the tube cleanly.
    3. Once detached, the brush roll is easily accessible for cleaning.
