    I did use the big ring right rear of the stove and suddenly it stops working. The rest are working. Then turn it off for a while, on again it doesn't work. Not sure what is the problem. Can you help pls?

    How do you turn on the heat in the outer ring of the front left burner?

    You need to open the DUAL COOKING ZONE, the inner ring is working. Then press the DUAL COOKING button, the outer ring is working.
