No, the heating plate should not get wet and should only be wiped with a damp cloth after it has cooled. Wipe exterior of appliance and interiors of brew chamber and water tank clean with a soft, damp, lint-free cloth.
My daughter poured milk in water reservoir I dumped out but now it is not working properly. What can I do?
When I plug in, cold froth comes on and I can’t get it to do anything else
