    Put your thumb on one side and your pointer finger on the other side of the black plastic below the metal foil and squeeze and it out.

    It is a lithium battery that is not replaceable.

    It is a built-in battery that is rechargeable. You cannot open the shaver to get to the battery.

    This razor is very loud and pulls my whiskers instead of cutting them. Could it be defective? I've had it for four weeks and have only used it 5 or six times. Please advise and thank you.
