    Hello,i followed the instructions on the user manual, but the Cool mode nor the fan permanent/always energized worked, the display (thermostat) accepts the comands and it receives 25 vca correctly..please, could you help me?i am a technician and i know how to use digital multimeter and scope, i will apprecciate any comments. I already make sure the wiring is correctly connected.
