where is the water filter
This model doesn't come with a built-in water filtration system.
The unit just started making noise as if it's trying to fill with water. The ice maker is shut off AND it isn't connected to water. Is there another switch somewhere that needs to be turned off?
I do not feel no cool air I hear the refrigerator running so how do I set the temperature and then when I set the temperature in a blank and make a beeping noise
Does this refrigerator have a reset button?
No, it doesn't have the reset button but you can “reset” the refrigerator by trying unplugging the appliance, waiting for around 10 minutes and then plug the power cord back in.
How do you remove the glass shelf over the humidifier?
To remove the glass shelves, tilt up the front of the shelf and lift it up vertically. Pull the shelf out.
How to shut off ice maker?
Press the Ice Off button on the control panel to turn the ice maker off and on whenever you wish.
Have an older model 26 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator with Twin Cooling Plus™ It’s showing the red squares like there’s a filter, but I’ve never seen one to change. Does the light need to be on to make ice, or light off for ice?
When the filter indicator light is on, it is time to change the filter. Typically this happens about every 6 months. The filter Indicator will be Off when you press the Fridge and Power Cool buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. The filter Indicator will be Red when you have used your water filter for 6 months or used more than 300 Gallon of water.
My ice maker is not working, is there a water filter I should replace?
Did you wait for 12 hours after installation of the water supply line before making ice? Is the water line connected and the shut-off valve opened? Did you manually stop the ice making function? Is the freezer temperature too warm? Try setting the freezer temperature lower
What does the symbol on the top panel, that is lite up in red squares with a water drop mean.
It is the Filter Indicator button (refer to page 15 of the user manual for instructions).
Ice is forming in my frig and the fan is running all the time, when I open the door the fan turns off. There is a red symbol on the top display panel that is lite up and looks like a square grid and water drop on the bottom.

Why is there ice forming in the refrigerator? How do I reset my fridge to ensure it's cooling at the correct temperature. please advise!
