My battery is fully charged with three green lights showing. But when I plug it into the vacuum, it runs for a few seconds and then the +/- button on the bottom comes on red and the vacuum stops. What does this mean and how do I solve it? Thanks.
My h251 shuts off and pink/purple light comes on, but only happens in high speed. What is happening? Never happened before today.
Every time I plug my vacuum in to charge it starts like normal then gives me 2 flashing blue lights and a solid red light . I let it do it's thing for approximately 3 hours and then I tried to turn on vacuum and nothing happened . What do I need to do to fix this issue ?

- Try to reset the vacuum by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds until the lights stop flashing.

My vacuum cleaner head is making a loud noise. Roller brush is clean -no hair around it. However does not work. Please advise how to fix or get replacement head.
The blue plastic cup thing in vacuum part that fills up fell off in trash while emptying and is gone forever now! Do I really need to purchase and even get another ? It says “ ASOPEN in white letters on it ! All appears to still be fine ? Will try to rig one out of a lid but I can’t remember or find pic of the end was open or not part that fits over metal ? Lol

Why is red light flashing while on charge
When the red light is flashing while connected to the charger means the battery is being charged, once fully charged the light turn from red to green without flashing. If the red light is flashing while being use means the battery is low and in need of charging.
Roller not working. Already cleaned and still not working.
Where can I purchase a blue dust cap for Aposen h250?
This vacuum has had little to no suction almost since the beginning. Totally useless on low carpet even. Won't pick up the smallest thing. Roller is spinning but anything it collects stays right there until it drops out again. What is wrong with it?
The battery is fully charged but once it runs for a few seconds it stops with solid red light and blue lights flashing.

- Low power: battery indicator blinks in blue when in use, please turn off the appliance, and then charge it.
- Charging: 3 blue lights are illuminated one by one.
- Fully charged: 3 blue lights remain on.
During operation, indicator lights will show the following:
- Blue - On/ low speed
- Pink - High speed
- Red - Brush head is jammed
same here red light (solid) on blue lights (first two) are blinking no power at all after charging for hours

1 like5A of Manual instructions. How do you remove the “blue cap” in the dust cup to clean the brush side, metal mesh, and inner filter. The blue cap does not pull out or screw out. How is it supposed to be removed correctly?

Can I get a picture of how the he[a filter should be installed? When I removed the canister to empty it, the loose filter fell out and I was not able to tell which side is supposed to be facing the canister.
