    Washer washes in hot water when set to cold

    If this washer is washing in hot water when set to cold, the cold water hose may not be connected to the cold water valve on the back of the washer. This could indicate a faulty valve assembly or main control board, which would need to be replaced.

    The washing machine plays a melody when the wash cycle has finished. The volume of the melody is adjusted using the Signal button. Press the Signal button repeatedly to adjust the volume of the signal. When no signal is heard, the signal is off. The volume settings are low-high-off. The signal volume can be adjusted at any time as long as the washer is turned on.

    What does flashing UE light mean?
    Clothes are not fully spun -- quite damp.
    I need a hard copy manual for this washer.Only # I can find is: MEZ62334321 or MEZ62334326

    The uE/UE code indicates that the washer is attempting to balance the load. When the uE/UE displays on the screen, the unit will fill with water in order to agitate and separate the items, then drain and try to spin again.     What is the small blue half moon object to the right of the detergent dispenser tray??

    It is the water fill valve, it sprays out from under the blue top. At some point in the cycle, water is added from that particular spot.
