    The machine does not pick up the solution from the carpet.

    If your unit isn't picking up the solution, check for a dirty water tank, ensure the tank is properly seated and not full, and inspect the nozzle for debris. For reference, please see details in the link below:

    I CAN NOT FIND REPLACEMENT BELTS FOR MY BISSELL TurboClean™ PowerBrush Pet (2987). ON ANTHER SITE I SAW THAT ALL 13 QUESTIONS REFERED TO THIS SAME QUESTION. none of them had been answered. I'm not very hopeful of recieving a reply. This means my machine is basically useless! inwhich case I would be sooo dissappointed! i would very much appreciate information on the size belt i would need for the rotoray brush. THANK YOU!!!

    The belt for model 2987 is BISSELL part number 1606428.

    Model 2987 and 2806 are the same deep cleaner. Model numbers, colors and accessories will vary by retailer.
