#1 Hi, will this cut through bones?

No this item will not cut through bones.

#2 Does this knife slice raw meat very thinly?

It depends how thin you would like but it cuts quite thin. I have seen one used on cooked chicken but not on raw chicken and it's very good.

#3 Is this knife good for cutting hard vegetables like, say, sweet potatoes?

Personally would not try cutting Sweet potatoes with this knife as sweet potatoes are a very hard item. The knife has no problem cutting up softer vegetables including carrots and I have had no issues carving meat . A reasonable product for the price paid.

#4 Is this electric knife suitable for cutting warm homemade bread?

ITS VERY GOOD AT CUTTING HOT SOFT MEATS, SUCH AS BRISKET, SO I THINK IT WOULD BE OK WITH BREAD. PROBABLY NOT STRAIGHT OUT OF THE OVEN BUT AFTER A FEW MINUTES COOLING SHOULD BE GOOD.
