No it is not. Mine began with wires burning immediately upon plug in. I sent it back. That was second time that I had a problem with a Black and Decker brand item. No more. There will never be a third time. Black and Decker is well known, a popular brand, however it has failed in quality.
My son just received this for Christmas. He has not used yet but I did look to see if there is a delay start program and there is not. It will go into a warm setting once the time is up.
#5 Anyone else having issues where it turns off & won't stay on? I had it on low for 4 hours and expected it to go to warm afterwards but it turned off
This was the worst crock pot. Never cooks liked it was supposed to. I never had it turn off but I was always home so maybe I didn’t notice. I know it doesn’t get hot enough I would up tossing and getting a new one
