#1 Is toaster easy to use and clean?

Very easy to use and cleans well use it frequently and still like
new

#2 What size of bread that will fit in?

Slices from a 400g Warburtons loaf will fit comfortably. Slices
from a larger loaf will need turning in order to toast the full
slice

#3 How long does the bread supposed to stay in on setting 7?
Mine jumps out after 15 seconds in any setting.

I rarely go beyond setting 4, it toasts perfectly and lasts a lot
longer than that. I would send yours back.

#4 Are the sides metal or plastic?

The sides are metal but the construction doesn´t make them
very warm except for very high up.

#5 Is the red toaster shiny or matt red?

Mine is shiny silver metal all over. Looks matt to me.
