#1 Are these all soft start?

I couldn't tell you. It has worked fine for my daughter in her dorm, with no problem whatsoever.

#2 I want to dry age beef in a fridge with a fan. Does this have an air circulator or fan?

I do not think so. I definitely think that the humidity would be too high.

#3 I want to confirm that this fridge can be installed under a countertop?

It can be installed under a counter; but remember it has a low shelf on top so it will not be flush with the counter.

#4 If you set this to the coldest setting, will it freeze your stuff?

Cans of soda are slushy.

#5 Is it frost free?

Yes... It's only a frig. We have ours set on the coldest temp and no frost.

#6 Can this refrigerator be used as a built-in for an outdoor kitchen?

Yes. keep the temp setting about half way and you will get much more life out of it.
