7 Troubleshootng
Please revew ths lst before callng
the servce. Ths wll save you tme and
money. Ths lst contans frequently
encountered problems that are not results
of faulty workmanshp or materal use.
Your product may not have some of the
features descrbed here.
The refrgerator s not operatng.
• It may not be plugged n properly.
>>>Plug n the product properly.
• The fuse of the socket to whch
your refrgerator s connected or
the man fuse may have blown.
>>>Check the fuse.
Condensaton on the sde wall of the
frdge compartment (MULTI ZONE,
COOL CONTROL and FLEXI ZONE).
• The door may have been opened/
closed frequently. >>>Do not
open/close the refrgerator door
frequently.
• The envronment may be too humd.
>>>Do not nstall the refrgerator
at locatons wth a very hgh level of
humdty.
• Foods contanng lqud may have
been placed nto the refrgerator n
vessels wthout covers. >>>Do not
place foods contanng lqud nto
the refrgerator n unsealed vessels.
• Door of the refrgerator may have
been left ajar. >>>Do not keep the
doors of your refrgerator open for a
long tme.
• The thermostat may have been
set to a very cold level. >>>Set the
thermostat to an approprate level.
The compressor s not operatng.
• Protectve thermal of the
compressor wll blow out durng
sudden power falures or plug-
out plug-ns as the refrgerant
pressure n the coolng system
of the refrgerator has not been
balanced yet. The refrgerator wll
start runnng approxmately after 6
mnutes. Please call the Authorsed
Servce Provder f the refrgerator
does not start at the end of ths
perod.
• The freezer s n defrostng cycle.
>>>Ths s normal for a refrgerator
that performs full-automatc
defrostng. Defrostng cycle s
performed perodcally.
• The refrgerator may not be plugged
n. >>>Make sure that the plug fts
the socket.
• Temperature settngs may be
ncorrect. >>>Select the correct
temperature value.
• Possble power falure. >>>The
refrgerator wll start to operate
normally when power restores.
The operaton nose ncreases when
the refrgerator s runnng.
• Operatng performance of the
refrgerator may vary based on the
ambent temperature changes. Ths
s normal and not a fault.
The frdge s runnng frequently or
for a long tme.
