Any implied warranties, including the implied warranty
of merchantability are also limited to the duration of
90 days from the date of retail purchase.

PRODUIT
Cette unité thermoélectrique est conçue pour être un récipient d'entreposage portatif pour les
boissons froides et nourriture froide. L'unité peut refroidir approximativement à 20°C / 36°F au-
dessous de la température ambiante. L'unité est actionnée par un système de C.C. de 12 volts
tel qu'un véhicule, ou peut être actionnée à partir d'un système à C.A. de maison.
MODE DE SÉLECTION
DC - Glisser l'interrupteur à la position "DC" quand l'appareil sera alimenté par un système de
12 V cc.
ARRÊT - Glisser l'interrupteur à la position "OFF" (arrêt), l'appareil s'arrêtera.
AC - Glisser l'interrupteur à la position "AC", quand l'appareil sera alimenté d'un système de
110 V ca.
ENTRETIEN
• S'assurer que les fils et l'orifice de l'allume-cigarettes soient toujours propres. Des particules
de tabac ou des saletés dans l'orifice ou sur la prise peuvent affecter la performance de
l'appareil.
• Le moteur, le ventilateur et les fentes du panneau de commande doivent être nettoyés
périodiquement. Lorsque l'appareil est débranché, nettoyer les pales du ventilateur et l'arbre
du moteur à l'aide d'un pinceau ou toute autre brosse àpoils doux. Enlever toute
accumulation de saletés, de poussière ou de cheveux.
• Pour le nettoyage, essuyer l'intérieur avec un linge humide tiède ou une éponge. Ne pas
utiliser des nettoyants puissants ou abrasifs. Une solution savonneuse devrait suffire mais si
les odeurs persistent, ajouter un javellisant domestique ou du bicarbonate de soude à la
solution de lavage. Laisser le couvercle ouvert pendant plusieurs heures après le nettoyage
pour permettre que l'intérieur sèche bien et pour éviter des odeurs dans la glacière.
• Pour le rangement à long terme, placer un petit contenant rempli de bicarbonate de soude ou
de charbon à l'intérieur afin d'absorber les odeurs désagréables.
AVIS IMPORTANT
• Lors d'utilisation dans l'automobile, il y aura un drain sur la batterie de la voiture, si le moteur
est arrêté.
• S'assurer que le ventilateur peut tourner en tout temps.
• Gardez 6 pouces d’espace sur chaque bord de votre glacière pour s’assurer un va et vient de
circulation d’air pour les ventilateurs.
FEATURES
This thermoelectric unit is designed to be a portable storage container for cold drinks and cold
food. The unit can chill to approximately 36°F/20°C below ambient temperature. The unit is
powered by a 12V DC system such as a vehicle, or can be powered from a house AC system.
MODE SELECTION
DC - Move the sliding switch to “DC", when the unit will be powered from a 12V DC system.
OFF - Move the sliding switch to “OFF", the unit will be off.
AC - Move the sliding switch to “AC", when the unit will be powered from a 110V AC system.
MAINTENANCE
• Keep cords and cigarette lighter sockets clean at all times. Small tobacco or dirt particles in
the socket or the plug may affect performance.
• The motor, fan and control panel vents should be cleaned periodically.While the unit is
unplugged, clean the fan blades and motor shaft using a paint brush or other soft bristled
brush. Remove all hair, dirt, or dust that may have accumulated.
• To clean, wipe the inside with a warm damp cloth or sponge. Do not use harsh or abrasive
cleaners. A mild soap should be sufficient, but if stains or odours remain, household bleach
or baking soda may be added to the washing solution. Keep the lid open for several hours
after cleaning to allow the interior to thoroughly dry and to prevent odours from forming in the
cooler.
• For long periods of storage, a small container of baking soda or charcoal, placed inside, will
eliminate objectionable odours.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
• When using in the car, there will be a drain on the car battery if the engine is off.
• Ensure the fan is able to rotate at all times.
• Keep 6” clearance on all sides of unit to ensure air circulation to and from the fan.
