#1 Can you use with iPad?

Yes, I use mine with my iPod and iPad. Just turn on Bluetooth. You just have to remember that it will only pair with one at a time.

#2 How do I get the subwoofer to power on? I followed the instructions to sync, but all I have is a red light on the subwoofer.

If you still have trouble syncing, look for the syncing instructions on YouTube. Andrew Jones himself will walk you through.

#3 The sub is making sounds not in the audio like stray signals interfering with it. I have moved it around the room and no change. How do i fix it.

Unplug and plug again. Make sure it is not near any other electronics.

#4 Has Pioneer fixed the defective capacitor that results in the popping sound?

Not sure if they fixed it but I have not experienced this problem. I would highly recommend this sound bar. It's pretty awesome.

#5 The subwoofer is paired with the soundbar, but doesn't turn off. Is it supposed to power down with the soundbar?

The subwoofer is paired to your soundbar and will only go on when a signal from the soundbar is received. If no signal is received, the sub will go on a sleep mode but will not completely turn off.

#6 Anyone having trouble with their remote?

Wish I could help but mine just quit working. Tried contacting pioneer numerous times and no response. I could send you my remote, I am planning on throwing the whole useless thing out
