This kettle is an electrical appliance. As such, it should never be
cleaned in a dishwasher. If you need further assistance, I’d be

Due to the temperature the water will reach, we would not advise
touching any surface of the kettle other than the handle once the
water has reached a boil.

The rapid boiling feature allows 1, 2, or 3 cups of water to be
boiled at a rate of one cup per minute, respectively. There are
indicator tabs on the inside of the pitcher for the respective cups of
water you wish to rapid boil.
