It's fine to remove the doors as instructed in the manual. It's likely the PC-ER error code is caused by the wiring harness under the hinge cover not being connected properly. It isn't unusual to have some crushed ice mixed in with the cubes, even if you don't select crushed. One possible cause could be cubes breaking as they are dropped from the tray or moved forward by the auger. These pieces could build up in the bottom of the bucket and be pushed into the dispenser chute with the whole cubes. It's also possible that some ice has gotten jammed in the path from the bucket to the dispenser. If the amount of crushed ice relative to cubes increases over time, the path may need to be cleared. There are instructions on the Support pages of Samsung's website for addressing this, or you could call 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you with troubleshooting instructions, if necessary.

A 90° angle would provide the greatest access to items in the crisper drawer. Given the shape of the doors and handles, 2-3" is the minimum clearance you would need between the RF263BEAESR and the wall in order to access the drawer.

The dimensions, which are also listed under the specifications tab, are 35-3/4" wide by 68-5/8" high without the hinges (70" with them) by 33-1/4" deep with the doors but without handles. The depth with the handles is 35-5/8", and the case depth is 29-1/4".
