unintended factory data reset.

Samsung account
: Add your Samsung account to use with your Galaxy Watch3.
•
Auto back up
: Back up your Galaxy Watch3’s data and check it at any time on other
devices.
•
Back up data
: Safely back up the Galaxy Watch3’s app data or settings to the cloud.
•
Restore data
: Restore the backed up data to the desired device.
•
Delete backup
: Delete the backed up data from the cloud.
•
Remote connection
: Set the Galaxy Watch3 to remotely connect with the mobile
network or a Wi-Fi network when a Bluetooth connection between devices is not
available. To use this feature, sign in to your Samsung account.
•
Customisation Service
: Set the Galaxy Watch3 to provide the proper feature depending
on the location and situation after analysing your lifestyle pattern.
This feature is available after connecting the Galaxy Watch3 to a mobile device
that supports the customisation service platform 2.2 or later. After making an
agreement to use the customisation service, launch the
Settings
app on your
mobile device, tap

, and then tap the
Customisation Service
switch to activate it.
Managing the data in the Galaxy Watch3
Keep your personal information, app data, and settings safe on your Galaxy Watch3. You can
back up your sensitive information and access it later, as well as back up your Galaxy Watch3’s
data automatically to access it from other devices whenever you want.
•
Music and images saved on the Galaxy Watch3 will not be backed up.
•
For the Samsung Health app, only records from the previous 28 days are saved in
your Galaxy Watch3. To view saved record older than 28 days, install the Samsung
Health app on the connected mobile device and back up data automatically.
