GE - General Electric FUF14QRRWW Questions and Answers

#1 Ready to order the FUF14Q but wish to verify it is made in America?

The FUF14QRRWW upright freezer is designed by some of the 900 engineers based in the U.S. at our headquarters in Louisville, KY and sourced globally from a variety of partners.

#2 How tall are each of the shelves and can they be adjusted?

The Approximate shelf dimensions (starting from top):
21.4" W x 16.9" D (above the upper freezer bin)
21.5" W x 16.9" D (full)
21.4" W x 14.1" D (half)
21.4" W x 18.6" D (above the lower freezer bin)

#3 Love the freezer but the door doesn’t close all the way unless I manually close it. Should it close by itself?

We love know you enjoy your freezer and hope this will provide an even better experience for you. When you notice the door is not closing when pushed a tad, we suggest adjusting the leveling legs. You will want to make sure the front of your unit is tilted slightly up, so that your door can fall back closed. The freezer should not automatically close, but when the door is slightly pushed shut, the door should close securely and not have to be forced closed. You can see how to adjust the leveling legs on page 12 of the user manual. This manual can be found at the link below for easy access.
