Care & Cleaning Instructions

1. Always make sure the 8 Cup Pour Over Coffee Maker is unplugged and the warming plate

is cool before attempting to clean.

2. Aftereveryuse,removethepermanentcoffeelter,discardusedcoffeegrounds,

rinsethoroughly.Washthelterholderandglassdecanterinhot,sudsywater.

You can also remove the silicone sleeve to clean underneath it. The glass decanter,

lterholderandremovablesiliconelterstand,permanentlter,scoopandsiliconesleeve

are all top rack dishwasher safe.

WARNING: To avoid breakage, handle decanter with care. Avoid impact. Glass will break as

aresultofimpact.Usecarewhenllingwithwatertoavoidhittingfaucet.

3. Wipetheexteriorwithadampclothtoremovesupercialstains.Forstubbornstains,use

a nylon or plastic pad with a non-abrasive cleanser. Do not use metal scouring pads or

abrasive cleansers.

4. WhentheBREW/OFFpowerindicatorlightbeginstoashredandwhite,

the 8 Cup Pour Over Coffee Maker is ready for descaling.
