SteelSeries 61481 Questions and Answers

#1 With the switch’s new found bt compatibility, could I connect both My phone (discord/facetime) and my switch? Or only xbox.

This is for Xbox only. If the Bluetooth connects at all to a Nintendo Switch I would imagine that it would only work for chat and won't give gameplay sounds.

#2 Does the headset come with a charger?

SteelSeries Arctis 1 Wireless Gaming Headset for Xbox:
To charge the headset, connect the USB Charging Cable 11 to the Micro-USB Jack on the headset, and plug the other end into any USB power source.
The Micro-USB port is used for charging and update the firmware of the Arctis only.
The color of the Headset LED indicates the battery level.
Green 100 - 50%
Yellow 49 - 20 %
Red 19 - 10 %
Red ( fast blink ) 9 - 1 %

#3 Do these headphones come with the Bluetooth adapter for Xbox one s?

No u have to purchase the specific headset Arctis 1 for Xbox the dongle that comes with it is different than the ps5 PS4 Pc version
