Select focus mode C to vary focus with shot.

To vary exposure with each shot, select OFF for D BUTTON/DIAL
SETTING> SHUTTER AE.

To vary both focus and exposure with each shot, select focus mode C and
choose OFF for D BUTTON/DIAL SETTING> SHUTTER AE.
