TROUBLESHOOTING
The air purifier does not
work
• Is the power plug disconnected from the wall socket?
• Is the socket switched on?
• The filter cover panel may not be installed correctly, try to remove
and reinstall.
No clean air is delivered
or performance is poor
• Ensure the filters are clean and the packaging was removed before
installing the filter cartridge
• Ensure that the filter cartridge is installed
• Set the unit to high fan speed
• Investigate if the air purifier is used in a room matching its size
and enough operation time is allowed for larger rooms
Abnormal noise during
operation
• Check if the packaging from the filter cartridge was removed during
the filter change
• Air inlet or outlets may be blocked. Remove any obstruction and try
again.
