CAUTION
Do not use on dual or triple crown burners.
The griddle is hot during and after use.
Place and remove the griddle when it is cool and all surface units are OFF.
Allow sufficient time for griddle to cool before cleaning.
Seasoning the griddle
Before using the griddle for the first time, clean the griddle thoroughly with hot and soapy water to
remove any protective coating.
Use
Place the griddle in the positions shown in Picture and ignite normally the burners.
Pre-heat at the high position (large flame), for 5 minutes, then place the food on the griddle
and cook to the desired temperature.
After the preheat period it is always suggested to reduce burner power to the medium / minimum
setting
Some kind of cooking needs oil; in this case put it on the griddle when it is cold.
Do not use metal utensils with sharp point o rough edges, they might damage the griddle.
Do not cut foods on the griddle.
Cleaning the griddle
Wash griddle with hot soapy water, rinse and dry.
Never flood the hot griddle with cold water. This could cause the griddle to crack or warp.
