Security
Configure your Watch’s security settings.
On the Settings screen, tap

Lock
: Change the lock settings. When you use this feature, the screen may be locked
automatically when you do not move for a period of time. However, if you unlock it
once while wearing the Watch, it will remain unlocked. Refer to Lock screen for more
information.
Privacy
Change your privacy settings.
On the Settings screen, tap

Permission manager
: View the list of features and apps that have permission to use
them. You can also edit the permission settings.
Location
Change settings for location information usage.
On the Settings screen, tap
Location
and tap the switch to activate it.

Improve accuracy
: Set the Watch to use the Wi-Fi or mobile network to increase your
location information’s accuracy, even when the networks are deactivated.

Permissions
: Set the permission of the feature to use location information.
Account and backup
You can use various features of the Watch after registering your Samsung or Google account
on your connected smartphone.
On the Settings screen, tap
Account and backup
.

Samsung account
: Check the Samsung account registered on your connected
smartphone.
•
Google account
: Check the Google account registered on your connected smartphone
and copy it to your Watch.
