#1 Does the bagel setting toast one side of the bagel only?

It toasts both sides. What's the point of a "Bagel" setting that toasts both sides? (I'm not sure what they mean in product description as leaving the "bottom" of a bagel soft, as none my bagels are labeled "top" and "bottom." In any case, it toasts the same all around.) Not a deal breaker for me, I guess, as it's too much of a hassle to return, but very disappointing, and blatantly false advertising. If you're buying this primarily for bagels, forget it.
