#1 Is monitoring available? And can you add more door contacts?

No third party monitoring is currently available, but you are able to monitor everything through the app. Yes you can add more door contacts. I believe up to 16 per base station and you can add multiple base stations.

#2 Does security system has cellular backup by using your own sim with no subscription cost from eufy?

Yes, the storage will be stored in the home base locally without cost.

#3 Can I use 2 separate systems for 2 homes on one app?

Yes, you can. I have two systems in different parts of the state and I use one app.

#4 Can the base that is included also be used with the stand alone wireless doorbell?

Yes, the base that is included also can be used with the stand-alone wireless doorbell.

#5 Can I still receive app notifications if someone brakes into my property and I am away?

Yes, you will still receive app notifications if someone breaks into your property and you are away.
