TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Cause Remedy
Compressor runs for
1-5 minutes then stops.
The voltage is not in the normal operating
range.
Turn off until power supply is in the normal
range.
Compressor runs, but
unit does not cool.
The refrigerant has leaked.
Contact customer service.
Restriction in the sealed system
Inner liner is very cold
and compressor runs
continuously.
Ice on the evaporator Defrost the freezer.
Door is being opened too frequently. Keep door shut as much as possible.
Freezer is overloaded. Remove some items.
Condenser is not properly ventilated. Allow enough clearance for proper ventilation.
Controller is faulty.
Contact customer service.
Problem with evaporator temperature sensor
Freezer does not run.
Improper electrical connection Connect to properly installed power supply.
Controller is faulty. (Power indicator is not on.) Contact customer service.
Thermostat is set too high or ambient
temperature is too low.
Adjust temperature setting.
Freezer is noisy.
Incorrect placement / Not level Move to stable, level surface.
Parts are loose.
Contact customer service.
Cooling system pipes are touching.
It is normal to hear gurgling sounds caused by the flow of refrigerant when each cooling cycle begins or ends, as
well as noise from the condenser cooling fan.
The surface temperature of the compressor can reach 158~194°F when running.
If used in a humid environment, moisture may condense on the surface of the cabinet. If this occurs, just wipe it
off with a soft dry cloth.
