11. Never add liquid as the hand blender is operating.
12. Do not use outdoors or while standing in a damp area.
13. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
14. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
15. Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet, if
applicable.
16. Do not use appliance except as intended.
17. A fire may occur if toasters are covered or touching flammable material, including
curtains, draperies, walls, etc., when in operation.

SHORT CORD PURPOSE
NOTE: A short power cord is provided to reduce the risk of personal injury resulting from
becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
Longer power-supply cords or extension cords are available and may be used if care is
exercised in their use.
If an extension cord is used: (1) the marked electrical rating of the extension cord should
be at least as great as the electrical rating of the product; (2) the extension cord should
be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can
unintentionally be pulled on or tripped over by children or pets.
POLARIZED PLUG
If this appliance is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other),
please follow the below instructions:
To reduce the risk of electrical shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet
only one way. If you are unable to fit the plug into the electrical outlet, try reversing the
plug. If the plug still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use the plug with
an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted into the extension cord. Do not
alter the plug of the product or any extension cord being used with this product. Do not
attempt to defeat the safety purpose of the polarized plug.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Unpack your new Hand Blender and remove all packaging.
Wash the blades with warm soapy water and wipe the exterior of the Hand Blender
with a slightly wet towel or sponge before using for the first time to remove any
dust or filth that may have accumulated while the appliance was in its original
packaging. (See “HOW TO CLEAN” section for further instructions)
Dry all parts thoroughly before assembling for use or storage.

HOW TO USE YOUR HAND BLENDER
CAUTION: When working with hot liquids or ingredients use extreme caution as splattering of
these could lead to serious personal injury. Always insert the hand blender into the
ingredients first before turning it on.
IF ANY FOOD PARTICLES GET CAUGHT IN THE BLADE, ALWAYS UNPLUG THE UNIT BEFORE
CLEANING THE BLOCKAGE.
1. Pour all contents to be processed into a mixing bowl or sauce pan.
NOTE: Do not add any ingredients or liquid as you process.
2. Plug the power cord into the electrical outlet
3. Grip your hand blender up near the motor and insert the blades into the mixing
bowl or pan. Press and hold down the ON/OFF button and begin to blend.
CAUTION: To avoid splattering, only turn the hand blender ON after you have inserted it
into the bowl or pan. Do not turn the hand blender ON before inserting into your
mixing bowl or pan.
4. When finished, release the ON/OFF button to turn the hand blender OFF and unplug
the power cord from the electrical outlet. Carefully remove it from the mixing bowl
or pan.
NOTE: Always shut the blender OFF before removing from your mixing bowl or pan to
avoid splattering.
TIP: For optimal performance, use in short bursts of 10 seconds or less. Allow item to cool
another 10 seconds in between bursts.

WHEN BLENDING IN A CUP (PLASTIC):
Always use a shatter-proof plastic cylinder shaped cup.
Tall cups are recommended.
FOR SAUCEPAN BLENDING:
Make sure to remove the saucepan from the stovetop or other source of heat to prevent
the hand blender from overheating and to reduce the risk of splattering extremely hot
contents, as this could lead to serious personal injury.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
NEVER IMMERSE THE ENTIRE HAND BLENDER OR ITS MOTOR-END IN WATER OR ANY
OTHER LIQUID.
ALWAYS SHUT THE BLENDER OFF, WAIT UNTIL THE BLADES STOP SPINNINGAND
UNPLUG FROM THE OUTLET BEFORE BEGINNING TO CLEAN.
NEVER CLEAN THE SURFACE OF YOUR HAND BLENDER WHILE IT IS PLUGGED INTO
THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET.
THE HAND BLENDER HAS NO USER SERVICEABLE PARTS, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
REPAIR. IF THE HAND BLENDER IS MALFUNCTIONING IN ANY WAY OR IF ANY PART
GETS DAMAGED, CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE OR YOUR AUTHORIZED SERVICE AGENT.
DO NOT USE ABRASIVE SOAPS, DETERGENTS, OR CLEANING MATERIALS TO CLEAN
ANY PART OF THIS APPLIANCE.
1. Make sure the unit is off and unplugged from your electrical outlet.
2. Place blade-end of unit under hot running water immediately after blending, for an
easy clean-up.
3. For deep cleaning, take any empty, clean bowl and fill with warm soapy water about
half way or enough to cover the blades.
4. Insert the hand blender into the bowl and run for a few seconds.
5. Rinse out the container and the blade-end of the blender with warm water and dry
thoroughly.
6. Wipe motor-end of unit with a clean, damp cloth.
7. Always dry all parts of the Hand Blender thoroughly before cleaning or storing.
TIPS
The hand blender performs its tasks very quickly. Stop blender frequently to check
the consistency before contents become too fine or over blended.
Cut all solid foods such as cooked meats, vegetables and fruit into 1 inch pieces
before blending.
It will sometimes be necessary to stop blending and remove the blade-end from the
ingredients and reinsert several times before mixture becomes smooth.
To avoid splattering, do not lift unit out of ingredients while the motor is still on.
For fluffy shakes, aerate upper part of mixture by raising blender from bottom of
container. This is great for turning heavy cream into fluffy whipped cream.
Avoid getting mixture up past the joining section of the blender shaft and the
power handle.

1. Your small kitchen appliance is built with precision, inspected and tested before leaving our factory.
2. It is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from any manufacturing defects under normal
use and conditions for one (1) year, cord excluded. This Warranty applies only to the original
purchaser of this product.
3. Retail stores/merchants selling this product do not have the right to alter, modify, or in any way
revise the terms and conditions of the warranty.
4. If you use your appliance for household use and according to instructions, it should give you years
of satisfactory service.
5. At its sole discretion, Maxi-Matic USA will either repair or replace the product found to be defective
during the warranty period.
6. The repaired or replacement product will be in warranty for the remaining balance of the one-year
warranty period and an additional one-month period.
7. Consumer’s remorse is not an acceptable reason to return a product to our Service Center.
8. This limited warranty covers appliances purchased and used within the 50 U.S. states plus the District
of Columbia and does NOT cover normal wear of parts or:
- Damages caused by unreasonable use, neglect, normal wear and tear, commercial use, improper
assembly or installation of product.
- Damages caused in shipping.
- Damages caused by replacement or resetting of house fuses or circuit breakers.
- Defects other than manufacturing defects.
- Breakage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, lack of proper care and maintenance, or
incorrect current or voltage.
- Lost or missing parts of the product. Parts will need to be purchased separately.
- Damages of parts that are not electrical; i.e. cracked or broken plastic/glass, scratched/dented inner
pots.
- Damage from service or repair by unauthorized personnel.
- Extended warranties purchased via a separate company or reseller.
- Acts of God such as fire, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc.
Maxi-Matic, USA shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of
any express or implied warranty. Apart from the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in time to the duration of the
warranty.
*One Year Limited Warranty valid only in the 50 U.S. states plus the District of Columbia, excluding Puerto
Rico and the Virgin Islands.
This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the USA; product usage which

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
RETURNS:
A. Any return of defective merchandise to the manufacturer must be processed accordingly by
first contacting customer service (info@maxi-matic.com) to obtain an RA # (Return
Authorization Number). We will not accept any returns of merchandise without an
applicable RA #.
B. IMPORTANT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS. Your Warranty depends on your following these
instructions if you are returning the unit to Maxi-Matic, USA:
1. Carefully pack the item in its original carton or other suitable box with sufficient
cushioning to avoid damage in shipping.
2. Before packing your unit for return, be sure to enclose:
a) Your name, full address with zip code, daytime telephone number,
and RA#,
b) A dated sales receipt or PROOF OF PURCHASE,
c) The model number of the unit and the problem you are having
(Enclose in an envelope and tape directly to the unit before the box is
sealed,) and
d) Any parts or accessories related to the problem.
3. Maxi-Matic, USA recommends that you ship the package via UPS ground service
for tracking purposes. We cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged
products returned to us during incoming shipment. For your protection, always
carefully package the product for shipment and insure it with the carrier. C.O.D
shipments cannot be accepted.
4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by you.

EL USO DE UN CORDÓN CORTO
1. Para reducir el riesgo de daños personales, como un tropezón o enredarse con el
cordón eléctrico, un cordón eléctrico corto es suministrado con la unidad.
2. Una extensión eléctrica más larga podrá ser utilizada, siempre y cuando tome
extremas precauciones durante su uso.
3. Si una extensión eléctrica más larga va a ser utilizada, tenga muy en cuenta las

Las especificaciones eléctricas especialmente el (amperaje) del cordón eléctrico

procesados antes de prenderla.

Coloque sus ingredientes dentro de un tazón u olla antes de licuar o procesarlos.

1. Asegúrese de que su Batidora Manual este apagada y desconectada del

SUGERENCIAS
La licuadora de mano realiza su trabajo muy rápidamente. Revise frecuentemente la
consistencia del licuado antes de que se sobre licue sus ingredientes.
Corte los alimentos sólidos en pequeños trozos de 2.5 cm(1 pulgada) como las
carnes ya cocidas, vegetales y frutos antes de procesar
Algunas veces será necesario detener el proceso de licuar para remover la navaja de
los ingredientes y volver a introducirlo antes de que la mezcla se haga muy fina.
Para batidos muy espumosos, Aireé la parte superior de la mezcla levantando la
licuadora del fondo del recipiente. Esto es muy bueno para cambiar crema espesa en
crema batida esponjosa.
Evite que su ingredientes o líquidos cubran su Batidora Manual más de la mitad de
esta o que lleguen cercas de donde está el motor

2. Se garantiza, al comprador original, de estar libres de defectos de fabricación en

garantía se aplica sólo al comprador original de este producto.
3. Si necesita cambiar la unidad, devuélvala en su caja original, con el recibo de compra, a la
tienda donde lo compró. Si usted está más allá del plazo concedido para el retorno por la
política de la tienda, por favor consulte la garantía incluida.
4. Si utiliza el aparato para uso doméstico y de acuerdo con las instrucciones, debería ofrecerle
años de servicio satisfactorio.
5. Durante el período de garantía de un año, un producto con un defecto será reparado o
reemplazado por un modelo nuevo o reacondicionado (a nuestro criterio) cuando el

Esta garantía es válida sólo si el producto es comprado y operado en los EE.UU., el uso del
producto que se encuentra en violación de las instrucciones escritas proporcionadas con la
unidad anulará esta garantía.

INSTRUCCIONES DE DEVOLUCIÓN
DEVOLUCIONES:
A. Cualquier devolución de mercancía defectuosa al fabricante deben ser procesados
apropiadamente contactando primero al servicio al cliente (información de contacto se
muestra a continuación) para obtener un # RA (Número de autorización de devolución). No se
aceptará ninguna devolución de mercancía sin un # RA aplicable.
B. INSTRUCCIONES IMPORTANTES DE RETORNO. Su garantía depende que usted siga estas
instrucciones si va a devolver la unidad a Maxi-Matic EE.UU.:
1. Empaque cuidadosamente el producto en su caja original o en otra caja adecuada
para evitar daños durante el envío.
2. Antes del envío de la devolución unidad, asegúrese de adjuntar:
a) Su nombre, dirección completa con código postal, número de teléfono
durante el día, y #RA
b) Un recibo de compra fechado o COMPROBANTE DE COMPRA,
c) El número de modelo de la unidad y el problema que tiene (Encierre en
un sobre y pegue directamente a la unidad antes de sellar la caja) y
d) Todas las piezas o accesorios relacionados con el problema.
3. Maxi-Matic EE.UU. recomienda enviar el paquete de servicio terrestre de UPS para
fines de seguimiento. No podemos asumir la responsabilidad por productos
perdidos o dañados devueltos a nosotros durante el transporte entrante. Para su
protección, siempre cuidadosamente empaquetar el producto para su envío y
asegurarlo con la compañía. Envíos C.O.D no puede ser aceptado.
4. Todos los gastos de envío de devolución debe ser pagado por usted.

6. Una vez que su devolución ha sido recibida por nuestro almacén, Maxi-Matic
EE.UU. se compromete a reparar o sustituir el producto si presenta defectos de
materiales o mano de obra, sujeto a las condiciones del apartado B.
7. Maxi-Matic pagará los gastos de envío para enviar el producto reparado o
reemplazado de nuevo a usted.
